I have diverse experience, having worked as a part-time teacher in a tutorial center for four months, where I conducted one-on-one discussions with kids. Additionally, I spent over 4 years and 6 months in the BPO industry as a Business Processing Agent, handling client inquiries and issues via email and call. Currently, I am employed in a Learning Management System, where I address client concerns, perform basic troubleshooting, and conduct platform orientations.
